How can I exclude ingredients I don’t like?

You can exclude any ingredient you don’t like on PlateJoy (except on our Low-FODMAP, Diabetes and Ketogenic plans). You’ll see the ability to exclude ingredients under the “ingredients you avoid” question. If you don’t see something, start searching for an ingredient in the “other” field and you’ll see it pop up!
