No meals are appearing in my new menu. Why not?
If you're not seeing the recipes you requested in your menu, it's likely that PlateJoy isn't finding enough variety to meet your current personalization preferences. If you check your current meal queue, you'll see upcoming meals that meet your preferences.
If your meal queue is low, we recommend:
- Review past menus. If you've created many recent menus in the past month, these meals are removed from your queue temporarily. Removing them from your menus will put them back in circulation.
- Adjust your preferences. Re-introducing ingredients, adding more appliances, adjusting time settings and adjusting your plan all add more variety to your menu.
