What are batch meals?
If you’re on a No Restrictions, Low Carb, Paleo, Diabetes, Gluten Free or Clean Eating plan, you’ll see batch meals in your queue. Batch recipes are made in advance and easily refrigerated or frozen to enjoy throughout the week. You’ll receive multiple servings of each batch meal, and can combine them in your menu with single-serving lunches and dinners.
Batch meals are not currently available for Dairy Free, Ketogenic, Kosher, Low Sodium, Low FODMAP, Pescatarian, Vegetarian or Vegan plans.
Many meals on other PlateJoy plans are also easily adapted to prep in advance. You'll see instructions at the beginning of each recipe for steps that can be prepared in advance.
