What is your refund policy?

For purchases made on platejoy.com, if you're not completely satisfied with your PlateJoy experience, you can request a full refund within 10 days of sign-up or renewal. (For gift cards, the refund period begins on the date of purchase.) Refunds will be made to the credit card on file and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

For purchases made through the iTunes store or Google Play store, refunds must be handled within the channel the purchase was made. PlateJoy does not have authorization to manage refunds through the iTunes or Google Play stores.

After 10 days, we do not provide refunds or pro-rated refunds.
