We’re holding off on creating new recipes for the following dietary patterns:

  • Keto

  • 30-Day Cleanse

  • Low-FODMAP

  • Low-carb restrictions for less than 50 g net carbs per meal

Don’t worry, your current menu will not be deleted or changed. You’ll also still have access to your pre-existing collection of recipes that satisfy these dietary patterns.

If you find yourself exploring other PlateJoy dietary patterns in the future you will lose the ability to come back to your old diet preference if it’s one of those listed here. Be sure you’re ready to make a change before you do so!
